近期，省公安厅对20名涉枪犯罪在逃人员进行悬赏通缉，其中茂名籍的有两人。昨日，记者从茂名公安局获悉，继4月29日抓获省公安厅悬赏通缉的头号涉枪犯罪在逃人员卓定龙后，4月30日，同为省公安厅悬赏通缉的另一茂名籍涉枪犯罪在逃人员潘世杰迫于严打压力，主动到公安机关投案自首。

一逃犯在海南落网
经过一段时间的缜密侦查，4月26日，茂名警方掌握了一条重要线索：省公安厅悬赏通缉的头号涉枪逃犯卓定龙(男，44岁，电白观珠镇人)藏匿在海南琼中黎族苗族自治县。
在海南警方的大力支持、配合下，4月29日凌晨5时许，追逃组在琼中黎族苗族自治县黎母山镇一木材加工厂附近一居民楼内，将躲藏在床底下的涉枪逃犯卓定龙“揪”出，抓捕归案。
经审讯，卓定龙对其涉嫌于2008年12月14日持枪杀害蓝某兴、谢某金等两人的犯罪事实供认不讳。目前，警方已对卓定龙执行刑事拘留。
父亲陪同两名故意伤人儿子自首
4月30日一大早，茂南公安分局刑侦大队迎来了3名特殊的“客人”：涉嫌持枪故意伤害的在逃人员潘世杰及哥哥潘某豪在父亲的陪同下，到公安机关投案自首。其中，潘世杰(男，24岁，电白水东镇人)正是省公安厅悬赏通缉的20名涉枪犯罪在逃人员之一。
经审查，2010年9月8日凌晨，潘世杰等人因与事主陈某江、陈某春、戴某发生碰撞起争执，怀恨在心的潘世杰等人于凌晨3时许持枪到迎宾二路邹记杂鱼店门前，对在等车准备离开的事主陈某江、陈某春、戴某实施报复，致陈某江被枪击中左小腿，陈某春被枪击中右小腿，戴某头部、腰部软组织损伤。
目前，潘世杰、潘某豪已被警方刑事拘留。案件在进一步审理中。
