　　嵩县旅游局局长范小红称，2012年10月9日至21日，实行了全免票政策，就在13日，白云山便出现了大面积旅客滞留事件，“全面免票景区承载不了，现在尝试分时段免票也有很多质疑声，所以是众口难调”。
