2、网络机遇

对于互联网，很多用户只是简单当作一件工具，但也有用户把互联网视为机遇，尤其国内10.2%用户希望遇到机遇，高于全球9%的平均水平。

3、无障碍环境

无论老少男女、还是不同地区的用户，互联网都应该普及。目前国内的互联网普及率也非常高，诞生全球最大的网民市场，2G、3G、4G网络均分布普及。因此，在个人网络访问上并不存在障碍环境。

4、网络自由

对于互联网环境，不少用户希望网络成为民主沟通和自由言论的空间。同样，国内19.7%的用户也希望互联网可以增强网络自由度。

5、网络学习

在大数据的信息时代，互联网每天都能带来海量的信息数据，帮助不少用户学习增加知识。全球平均12%的用户也希望网络能够帮助学习，增强教育知识。
