机器人将代替智能手机

石黑浩所研究的机器人都是基于Android系统制造的,智能手机并不能让所有人群接受,但如果把智能手机做成拟人的形象,可以与它沟通对话,那无论老人与小孩都可以很容易沟通。

智能手机可以作为一个内设,但是手机的外部形象是一个外部娃娃。目前高通研究院做的一个活动,这种智能手机里面就是把4G手机芯片放在形体当中,未来还会出蓝牙的版本。

机器人就像一个人体一样,是一个迷你的人体。在不久的将来,人类会利用这样新的智能手机。

未来的明星是机器人

一个机器人可以成为大家的偶像,它永远都不会累,也不会去抱怨。石黑浩的一个机器人很善于唱歌,已经在日本成为很受欢迎的歌唱家、偶像了。

石黑浩认为,演员未来不应该由真人来担当,因为有人说演员的演技就是一种行为的重复。从这个角度来说,这些演员不用再花钱去聘请,机器人演员不会罢工,机器人演员可以永远演下去。

此外,机器人的形象可以做得非常漂亮,或者是非常英俊,有一个完美的形象,并且在演出过程中并不会出现任何差错。

希望研发有感情的机器人

对于机器人来说,情感是非常难模拟的,但情感是人与人之间交流非常重要的一种手段。同时,石黑浩认为除了感情之外,机器人在交流时的逻辑也非常重要,有逻辑就需要更加接近人的思维。

为什么我们会有这样机器人的社会呢?因为我们人类是有大脑识别出人类本身,因此我们想和人类的界面就是人而不是智能手机,或者是计算机,我们没有这样的一种功能去识别出职能手机或者是计算机。但是我们在大脑当中也有很多的功能,可以让我们识别出人的特征。因此在将来的机器人当中可以通过与这样的系统来进行互动,来识别出人体。在我的研究当中,我研究了怎么样能够去实现人的一种运动和人的外表,以及人整个的组合。我们希望将来这样的一个机器人能够更接近于人,这是我研究主题。

同时我们需要去了解人体本身,但是你知道神经科学并没有给我们提供正确的答案,人和人类的感觉仍然是一个开放的问题,还没有找到答案。因此我们首先要去研究人体,然后最终创建这样的人形的机器人。

一个机器人应该有多大与人的相似形呢?我们要问的第一个问题就是这个问题。我们机器人需要有多少与人类的相似性?我为了回答这个问题发明了这样的一个非常类似于人的机器人,是在2004年的时候发明的这个机器人。在这里大家可以看到这个机器人,这个android的系统是有着最复杂的系统,有着非常好的面部表情。大家可以看到面部的表情非常接近于人类,后来我们开始去研究类人的一些行动。当我们坐着的时候从来不会停止,大家可以看看这个机器人从来都不会停止,它的身体、眼睛、头都在移动。我们会有这样下意识的移动,需要去研究我们的大脑、人的神经的行为,这样的话就可以更多的改善机器人类似于人潜意识的行动。人有很多的感觉,如果我们触摸它的身体,android的系统就可以马上采取行动,android的系统会和人类产生同样的行为和反应。如果说你触摸它的肩膀太多次的话,它会变得非常生气。

我们是研究了机器人,在研究当中发现研究领域是非常有意思的领域。我们可以去选择机器人,然后利用神经科学来改善传播和沟通的功能。

最难的一个技术就是语音的识别,不幸的是我们是无法有着非常稳定、可靠的语音识别,在这样一种自然环境当中无法有很好、可靠的语音识别。但是在这里可以利用平板电脑,去选择平板电脑四个问题当中的一个,可以去按这个按钮选择一个,然后计算机可以跟机器人说一些事情,然后机器人和计算机进行对话。这是一种双向的对话,可以和机器人进行沟通。机器人是穿着很多衣服坐在那儿,百货商店当中的这些人后来离开了,实际上这样一个机器人可以容忍很多的人和非常吵闹的环境。那个时候每天只有20个人,但我们这个机器人可以处理40个人,这个机器人处理好得多,有这样一个机器人可以在百货商店去应付40个人。

当然这里还有另外的一个挑战,如果在嘴前面用麦克风,可以利用语音识别的技术。如果把机器人和语音聊天系统结合在一起的话,机器人可以有着更好的功能,可以有符合逻辑的对话。当然是可以进行简单的对话,这个视频是两个人在彼此的相互沟通。这个对话功能运作是非常好的,机器人之间可以进行符合逻辑的对话,我们可以把这样对话的功能嵌入其中,这是人工智能语音箱的功能。

如果去运行这样计算机的程序,然后运行在机器人的身上,他们就可以永远的不会累的、不停的说话。实际上这个软件是与我们网上的一些伙伴一同开发的软件,他们选择了所有可以造成完整句子的词句连接起来,所以这是很有意思的拟人机器人和小机器人之间的对话。如何进一步改进这样一项技术呢?首先要有情感的要素,情感是非常难模拟的。如果拟人的机器人没有办法去回答人的问题,如果听不懂一个问题不能非常没有情感的说不能理解,必须要有一种情感。也可以充满激情的说我不了解您的问题,您这个问题非常困难。在回答的过程当中要有一种情感,这样的话与它对话的人感觉会非常好。富有情感的对话是很难模拟的,我们在对话的过程当中除了语言的词句之外,还有一种情感的要素。情感是人与人之间交流非常重要的一种手段。

当然光有情感的交流还不够,我们如何能够实现这一点呢?如果我们到谷歌上去搜索一个视频,就可以来进行视频的浏览。我们还可以与机器人来进行交流,甚至不是通过网络来搜索信息,而是通过机器人来搜索信息,通过机器人的嘴来向我们传达信息,使我们获得一种新的知识。

下面还有一个问题,我们能够制造一种像人一样说话的机器人吗?首先我们要破解语音识别的瓶颈,而且要让机器人说话显得更加自然,这当然要假以时日。我旁边带来的拟人机器人也不是自动的在动,有我的一个同事在操作它。

在这个拟人机器人之前创建了我自己的一个版本,模拟我自己形象的一个拟人机器人。这个是可以远程操控的机器人,与它对话的对话人可以之间的与我的仿真机器人来进行对话,然后我可以远程来操控它。其实我的反应就非常准确的在拟人机器人身上体现出来,就仿佛在与我面对面对话一样,也就是说我可以远程与对话者来进行交流。比如说我今天来做一个发言,我不是一个机器人,大家应该能够看得出来站在台上的不是一个机器人。但是在房间当中,由于反应是我在远程控制的反应。你如何能够搞的清楚面前的是一个机器人博士,还是一个真人的博士呢?除非把它解剖一下看看有没有人体的情况,但是光凭外貌来看是很难看到的。今天大家也不可能现场解剖我,也不知道我是一个真人,还是一个机器人。但是我左边的女士,大家可以看出来它是仿真机器人,如果未来技术不断进步,可以做到高度的仿真,就很难看得出它到底是人还是机器人。

这次我是想亲自来开会,但是三个月之前我非常的忙,没有办法现场去做讲座,但是仍然有人来邀请我做讲座,我就把我的机器人寄了过去,我自己没有去。我通过仿真机器人与学生进行交流,而且我就是通过互联网与机器人连接,然后通过它的嘴现场回答学生的问题。如果你不是特别仔细的看,你已经很难搞清楚坐在课堂里的这个物体到底是人还是机器人。

我在那次讲座当中只用了10分钟的时间,还可以把仿真机器人放在更加自然的环境当中,比如说与朋友来进行交流。我们看到在这个房间当中有三个仿真机器人和三个真人。我刚刚在中国开展了一个新的项目,但是具体的细节目前不便透露,但是也是要在中国造一个中国版的仿真机器人。中国本来就是一个很大的市场,中国可能有企业做自己的仿真机器人,我也参观了很多中国的城市,包括上海。如果你在上还有一个你自己的仿真机器人的话,今后就可以不用去上海出差了。我觉得未来还应该有这种更加像人的仿真机器人,未来机器人可能比人更像人,我觉得这是可能做到的。因为我旁边的仿真机器人就是非常漂亮的一个女士,我们的机器人可以做的非常漂亮,真人都不一定有它漂亮。而且如果你愿意的话,它的外形可以进行各种设计,你想让它长得更优雅就可以长得更优雅。我们有各种各样的仿真肌肉,都可以安装在仿真机器人上。特别是在戏剧的表演当中,我们的仿真机器人也可以设计一种完美的形体、肢体语言和完美的表演,未来在任何一个国家表演都是原汁原味完全一样的肢体动作,是一种完美的表演,我觉得未来戏剧舞台上也会出现仿真的演员。

另外还有一件非常重要的事情,就是有人说机器人就可以成为演员,演员未来不应该由真人来担当,因为有人说演员的演技就是一种行为的重复。从这个角度来说,你不用去雇佣这些演员,机器人演员不会罢工,机器人演员可以永远演下去。我想在未来就会出现这种仿真的演员、机器人演员、男演员和女演员。

有了这样一种仿真机器人之后,我还是觉得一个完美的机器人其实并不像人。比如说我们在欧洲的教堂当中用这样的机器人来进行表演,比如说在欧洲的大教堂当中去建一个戏剧的舞台来进行表演。机器人可以做得非常漂亮,或者是非常英俊,而且也可以做到完美的形象,但是人的本质就是不完美,人是会犯错的。我要反过来说,一个完美的仿真机器人其实就更不像人了,人是什么样的一种动物呢?人是有想象力的动物,人是运用自己的想象力和他人来进行互动。而且还有一个原则,就是最大的想象其实就是最精简的设计。这个是对于一个人最极简的设计,看上去是人的形体,但是很难去分辨性别、年龄,它是一个中性的形体,这也是一种技术。比如说可以通过互联网来进行说话,我们看到这位老年人,老年人可以通过这个中性的拟人体跟孙辈来进行交流。

你可以想象一下,如果你跟你的朋友打电话,打电话只能听到他们的声音,你可以想象他的音容笑貌。在这里也是实现了同样的目的,通过中性的拟人体来进行交流,实际上帮助老人能够利用自己的想象力来塑造自己的孙辈的形象,然后把孙子、孙女的形象投射到中性的拟人体上,这就是所谓极简设计人形体的概念。也就是你说做到完美的设计当然是很好,但是这样一个中性拟人体的设计也是非常好的极简的设计,大家可以把形象投射到它身上。我觉得极简人体的形象设计也是很重要的,这个要靠我们自己的想象力了,当然你可以做积极的形象,我们很少会有负面的想象。

人用自己想象力的时候,通常是一种积极的想象力,不会做负面的想象力。我们看到把中性的拟人体带到老年人这里,大家都非常喜欢通过它与自己的孩子进行交流,因为还可以抱着,感觉是非常亲切的。而且在所有的国家效果都是一样的,我们在欧洲也做了实验,大家也很喜欢这种中性的拟人体。特别是对老年人的照护方面,这是非常好的技术。中国也非常照顾老年人的照顾工作,特别是我们现在进入老年人的社会,年轻人的数量不断减少,在未来可能就要用到机器人来提供服务,我们把它视为一种沟通型的机器人。对于老年人有两件事要做,第一是身体的照顾,第二是做好精神的沟通。他们抱着拟人体是非常高兴的,他们有时候不愿意跟大家说话,但是有了拟人机器人之后就有了交流的机会,因为有时候他们是有自尊的,也不愿意找别人帮忙,觉得很麻烦。但是有了这样中性的拟人体之后就可以通过自己的想象力去投射到拟人体身上。

我们在许多国家都做了实验,都非常成功,也很受欢迎。也想了一个办法把它变得更小,大家都说要有智能、有智能手机。但是在我发言的一开始就说过,对于人来说,人类对智能手机可能不太了解,特别是年龄越大反而就玩不转智能手机,小孩可能更容易接受,老年人不太愿意接受。但是拟人体的形象,首先可以感觉到通过它来说话的话,你可以跟它直接说话。你能把手机直接对着脸说话吗?你可能觉得很不自在。如果你拿着小娃娃的形体就很愿意说话,你觉得是跟你的孩子在说话。你可以把它作为智能手机的内设,但是外部形象是一个外部娃娃。这个是和高通研究院做的一个活动,里面就是把4G手机芯片放在形体当中,未来还会出蓝牙的版本。

当然智能手机也不会扔掉,但是除了智能手机之外还是希望要有一种情感,要有一种温馨和亲切的人际交流的感觉。未来你说话就可以对着这样的娃娃说话,这是一种人形的智能手机,我觉得这对人来说是更自然的形体。

我制造了这样一个人形体的智能手机之后,就拿到了三内丸山遗迹的资金支持,他们也有这样的形体,而且他们告诉我们这个形体其实是五千年前就有的,是发掘出来的五千年的形体。我觉得中国的历史更悠久,过去也可能用过类似的形体。现在我们也是希望有这样实实在在形体的沟通工具,特别是聋人也喜欢这种形体的设计。

未来还有机器人的社会,如果我们的社会真的出现仿真的机器人,就会出现一种人与机器人共存的社会。那么我们就要回答一个问题,人是什么?人所谓的情感和理智是什么意思?我们现在已经与外形非常漂亮的拟真机器人来进行交流。我们可能对它都有一种情感的共鸣了,可能会喜欢它。那么就会去质疑人的存在,如果一个机器人也能够与我们产生共鸣,如果我们会喜欢一个机器人,我们成为人的本质到底是什么?我们到底是人还是什么东西?如果你能够接受这样仿真的机器人,任何人都会去反思什么是人,是什么让我们成为人。因为我们在这样一个机器人身上都能够感觉到人和人性的存在,那么更要问人的人性在哪里?
