为了实现这一想法，大二开始，她就报名参加了南开大学支持本科生创新实践的“百项工程”，并得到了老师支持。由于尚未接触专业课，陆苗的4人团队完全不知道该从何下手。于是，他们便找来数据库、通信、手机前端设计等专业书籍开始自学。
“我们4个人分工明确，一个负责编写服务器，一个负责通信录导入，一个负责编写二维码，而我是负责服务器与手机通信。”陆苗说。
经历了数月的协作后，这款自动添加联系方式社交助手——“快圈”终于研发成功。陆苗迫不及待地将应用推荐给周围的朋友使用，许多学生社团负责人都表示“解决了多年困扰自己的难题”。
目前，“快圈”的成功开发给陆苗团队很大的鼓舞，她正考虑提高联系方式录入的自动化程度，并进一步加强“快圈”的信息安全性。“希望完善之后能够卖给专业的软件开发公司，让更多的人用上它。”陆苗说。
