　　办案人员解释称，陶某哲帮助该公司中标的这一单犯罪事实中，医院从该公司及相关公司采购的设备价值共约人民币600多万元，陶某哲即从中收受了数十万元的“好处费”。“根据法律相关规定，受贿数额在10万元以上的，应当处以十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑。”陶某哲是否还有其它涉嫌犯罪的事实，目前仍在进一步侦查之中。(完)
