  本报讯(记者陈斯)全长940公里的“北京大外环”高速公路最晚有望2016年全线贯通。


  记者今天从有关部门获悉,目前河北省境内已有占总长三分之一的路段建成,而途经北京市境内的密涿高速路段也已经启动前期建设。


  “大外环”最晚2016年贯通


  “北京大外环”高速公路,又称首都地区环线高速公路,含张涿高速、张承高速、承平高速、密涿高速、廊涿高速等,规划总里程约940公里,其中河北省境内约850公里。目前部分路段还存在“断头路”现象。


  而在北京境内包括密云至涿州高速北京段、承德至平谷高速北京段,只有近90公里。


  北京市交通部门负责人表示,京津冀将交通一体化作为京津冀区域协同发展的先行领域,实现区域规划“一张图”,“北京大外环”高速公路最迟2016年全线贯通。


  届时,河北省按顺时针方向将有京承、密涿、承平、京秦、京哈、京台、大广、京港澳、京昆、京新、京藏11条高速公路呈聚合状直达北京。京冀交通一体化进程全面提速,环首都经济圈加速形成。


  同时,数量庞大的过境车辆对北京造成一定空气污染和巨大交通压力,“北京大外环”高速公路修通后,目前的货运过境车辆将逐渐转移至北京外围地区。


  三分之一路段已经建成


  河北省交通运输厅厅长高金浩介绍,按照规划,到2020年京津冀三地客运将形成1小时交通圈,即环京津地区各城市与北京、天津之间1小时通达,主要相邻城市间1小时通达。


  据悉,北京大外环高速公路,河北省境内目前已建成通车廊坊至涿州段、京新高速河北段、张承高速张家口至崇礼段、承唐高速承德至兴隆段、张涿高速张家口段,共约335公里。建成公里数大约是北京大外环高速公路总里程的三分之一。


  北京境内穿四区县


  “大外环”中途经北京境内的密涿高速已经启动前期建设,涉及大兴区、通州区、平谷区和密云县。


  规划线位从大兴区南部与廊坊市交界处,向东北经京沪高速公路、京津高速公路,跨越北运河、潮白河后,线位进入河北省,穿过廊坊市北三县,从平谷区向北进入北京市界内,向北至市界与河北段线位相接。


  背景链接“大外环”取代“新七环”


  市规划部门表示,媒体报道中经常提到的“新七环”就是指规划建设中的“大外环”。
