Chinese anti-Japanese movement without government guidance will be unstoppable

Abe's Government is both initiator status in China and Japan, and the Chinese people are deeply pessimistic about the Outlook for Sino-Japanese friendship "evil edge." 大校：中国反日运动若无政府疏导必将势不可挡|反日运动|中日关系_新闻资讯

　　【环球时报综合报道】《环球时报》近日刊登凌星光先生《中日友好不能成禁忌》的文章，此文呼吁中日友好不能成为禁忌，中国不应忘记日本在我国改革开放进程中的帮助。笔者觉得，中国人民虽然饱受日本军国主义的侵略和残害，却始终珍惜中日友好关系并为发展这种友好一直在积极努力。然而，安倍政府一再挑战两国基本正常关系的底线，在“国有化”钓鱼岛后又悍然参拜靖国神社，正是这些不计后果的挑衅，造成中日关系今天的僵局。

　　安倍政府既是中日两国现状的始作俑者，也是让中国人民对中日友好前景深感悲观的“孽缘”。中国人民并非禁忌谈论中日友好，且对增进中日友好充满期待。但友好不可能取决于一方的“一厢情愿”，友好需要基础和前提，友好离不开双方的维护、互动与感知，就像“两好合一好”那句中国的老话。

　　面对今天的僵局，特别是安倍及其所代表的右倾势力在日本国内还有一定市场的现实，企盼中日友好和平的正义者应行动起来，用自己的理念和行动，宣传和影响身边的每个人，指出安倍右倾极端行为的危害，凝聚社会共识，通过向安倍政府施压，为化解中日僵局创造条件。

　　据笔者所知，中日友好在中国并未成为禁忌。政府和民间对此都保持了理性。面对安倍政府接二连三的挑衅，中国政府和人民保持了最大的克制与冷静。我们人均GDP与日本相比差距很大，但在国际交往中，我们从来不“嫌贫爱富”，更不会“惧富怕强”。当前中日僵局，如果没有中国政府对社会情感的理性疏导，中国社会必会掀起势不可挡的反日国民运动。

　　世人皆知，合作都因利而来。日本对中国经济发展给予过帮助，中国巨大市场同样给日本带来丰厚利益。近日据媒体调查，54.6%的受访者因考虑“中日外交环境”不选择购买日系车。试想，如果这种僵局长期持续，人们心中的阴影将会产生怎样的后果。即便人人有改善中日友好的愿望，也须立足现实条件和环境。

　　只能重回中日友好的原点，再讲“尊重”是中日友好交往的基础和前提。当前，打破僵局的“球”不在我方，而在安倍政府手里。安倍政府只有停止对中国全面挑衅，承认钓鱼岛争议现实，公开承诺其任期内不再参拜靖国神社，并深刻检讨前期参拜行为，全面调整对华政策和态度，切实让中国人民看到其尊重中国人民感情和国际公理的诚意，中国才可能具备接“球”的条件，才能使当前僵局出现转机。(作者陈福玉是沈阳军区大校、学者)
