与此同时，海关继续保持了对重点涉税商品、毒品、武器弹药、“洋垃圾”等走私及出口骗退税活动的严打高压态势，积极维护经济、政治、文化、社会、环境安全。一季度，全国海关立案侦办涉税走私犯罪案件311起、涉嫌偷逃税款50.8亿元，同比分别上升10.3%、139.0%；立案侦办各类非涉税走私犯罪案件238起，同比上升28%，其中，侦办毒品走私犯罪案件113起，缴获各类毒品187.9公斤；侦办武器弹药走私犯罪案件20起，缴获枪支44支、子弹1865发；侦办固体废物走私犯罪案件20起，查证电子垃圾、废塑料、废纺织品、废矿渣等6.4万吨。
海关总署新闻发言人张广志表示，下一步，海关将以“绿风”行动为抓手，针对当前重点领域突出走私问题实施精、准、狠打击，并会同有关部门和地方进一步推进反走私综合治理，共同实施“海上抓、岸上堵、路上查、市场管”立体打击和综合整治。
