　　消防部门通报称，经调查发现，该酒店消防安全责任人和管理人李某，在前期排查中已知6楼线路未穿管且老化现象严重，空气开关多次发生跳闸现象，但其仍未采取有效整改措施。同时，杂物间内堆满了床单、被罩等可燃物品，电线插座与可燃物之间没有任何间距，为火灾发生埋下隐患。5月2日，嘉泰美酒店顶层发生火灾，系顶层杂物间内插座线路短路起火后，引燃四周床单等可燃物导致大火蔓延，过火面积240平方米，直接财产损失3.5万余元。

　　消防部门调查后认为，酒店消防安全责任人和管理人李某，疏于消防安全管理，过失引发火灾。根据《消防法》相关规定，峨眉山市公安局以过失引起火灾，对酒店消防安全责任人和管理人李某处以行政拘留10日处罚。

　　目前，李某已被送往当地拘留所执行处罚。(完)
