　　关于此事的正式报道于5月4日见光，而5月5日，据中国经济网的报道，柏乡县公布问责结果：柏乡县纪委调查认定，参与执法的两名中队长吴会波、郭征华存在酒后执法，违反工作纪律；吴会波对分管片内企业监管不力，郭征华殴打同事，给柏乡县造成了不良的影响；另外，柏乡县环保局环境执法大队对企业的污水处理监督不到位，环境监察大队长陈玉申监管不力，负有直接责任。

　　柏乡县纪委建议：该县环保局撤销酒后执法的郭征华、吴会波二人环境监察大队中队长职务，给予郭征华党内警告处分；撤销陈玉申的环保局监察大队大队长职务，三人并调离执法岗位。环保局主管副局长刘建芳负有领导责任，纪委提请柏乡县委免去刘建芳环保局党组成员、副局长职务。

　　上述报道还指出，打斗发生缘自其中一名中队长与被执法企业关系“不一般”。但柏乡县委宣传部副部长张宝印向记者称，目前他们没有发现表明两名打斗官员跟受检企业有利益牵连的证据，媒体要那么写是媒体的事。

　　至于此事是否以这一处理结果为终点，是否会有进一步调查，张宝印表示，目前阶段还什么都不好说。
