评论称，中国与非洲的友谊已经有很长的历史且感情深厚，而在未来，中国将继续与非洲分享减贫和发展农业的经验，增进与非洲的农业合作，帮助非洲培训农业技术和经营人才，帮助非洲实现联合国千年发展目标。
埃塞俄比亚法纳广播公司称，50年前周恩来总理访问非洲时就曾到过埃塞俄比亚。两国之间有着全面、稳固的合作伙伴关系。而不少当地媒体也注意到，本次李克强总理访问带来的不仅仅是友谊的延续。
肯尼亚《民族报》发表评论称，李克强总理的访问也带来了大批中国顶尖企业的领导人，他们将会和肯尼亚政府签署价值数亿人民币的双边合作协议。这对肯尼亚的经济以及其他领域的发展来说，无疑是最实在的好处。

《印度时报》报道，在李克强总理上任后于2013年首次出访印度时，李克强和印度总理辛格共同出席两国有关合作文件的签字仪式后，会见了记者。
在与印度总理辛格握手道别后，刚欲离去的李克强，听到人群中有人呼喊便停住了脚步。他幽默地对要求补拍镜头的印度记者说：“It will be a headline of your newspaper？”(这张照片能够成为你们报纸的头条吗？)

签字现场英文畅聊10分钟
俄新社报道，时任中国副总理的李克强于2012年4月对俄罗斯进行了国事访问。此次访问期间，中俄签署了一项政府间合作文件和26项经贸合作协议，总金额超过152亿美元。
在当日的签字仪式现场，李克强与时任俄罗斯第一副总理的舒瓦洛夫两个人有10多分钟的时间都在使用英文自如地对话交流，谈笑风生。
这一细节被现场的俄方记者敏锐地捕捉到。报道同时称，这正展现了中国领导人更加开放、自信的形象，中国将更加融入世界。
