　　据介绍，考古工作者在6500平方米的发掘区域内，共清理了墓葬50座，其中秦墓45座。所有秦墓均为一棺结构、单人屈肢葬。只有5座没有发现陪葬器物，剩下的墓葬中要么有仿铜的陶礼器(30座)，要么有日用陶器(10座)。而在部分陶器上，则出现了“丽”字陶文。

　　陕西省考古研究院副研究员孙伟刚认为，在墓葬中发现“丽”字陶文，说明墓主人应当和丽邑有关，在学术界看来，这座城邑的设置，本身和秦陵的营建有着密切的关系，相当于如今的“工程指挥部”。
