Man married to three wives were found guilty of bigamy sentenced to 1 year

　　法制晚报讯(记者 张雷) 已经登记结婚的安某，又在北京市西城区和河北省涿州市先后和两名女子登记结婚。日前，安某因犯重婚罪被北京市西城区法院一审判处有期徒刑1年。

　　公诉机关指控称：2012年6月13日，安某在未办理离婚手续的情况下，在北京市西城区民政局与何女士办理了结婚登记手续；2013年10月31日，在河北省涿州市民政局与汪女士办理了结婚登记手续。2013年11月4日，安某被抓获。

　　法院经审理认为：安某有配偶而重婚的行为，构成重婚罪。其两次重婚，应酌情从重处罚。安某当庭未提出上诉。
