这10起案件，包括浙江舟山破获“藏书吧”网站传播淫秽色情信息案、广东罗定破获“2.17”网上传播淫秽色情信息案、安徽宣城破获“雪豹男同”网站传播淫秽色情信息案、广东深圳破获网上传播淫秽色情视频种子文件案、上海金山破获“3.24”微信传播淫秽色情信息案、甘肃平凉破获“同城轻松夜话”QQ群传播淫秽色情信息案、江西赣州破获“阅读小丝拉拉小说网”传播淫秽色情信息案、北京查处“红袖添香”网站登载淫秽色情信息内容出版物案、北京查处“水木网”登载淫秽色情内容出版物案、北京查处“shupeng”网站登载淫秽色情内容出版物案等10起案件。
全国“扫黄打非”办公室负责人表示，这次公布的案件是当前正在开展的打击网上淫秽色情信息专项行动的又一批战果，是在广大群众积极举报和支持下，按照“老虎苍蝇一起打”的原则以及重拳出击、打出声势、打出影响、打出效果的要求查办的又一批重点案件。在案件办理过程中，有关地方坚持行政处罚与刑事打击同时进行，其中浙江舟山破获“藏书吧”网站传播淫秽色情信息案和江西赣州破获“阅读小丝拉拉小说网”传播淫秽色情信息案等7起案件，已依法刑事立案查处，相关犯罪嫌疑人已被抓获，案件正在进一步侦办中。北京查处“红袖添香”网站登载淫秽色情信息内容出版物案等3起案件，已依法给予行政处罚。
该负责人还表示，打击网上淫秽色情信息专项行动开展半个多月以来，互联网企业积极参与专项行动，认真开展自查自纠，开通网民举报渠道，自觉接受公众监督，建立健全淫秽色情信息快速处置机制等，使得网络环境不断净化，广大群众和社会各界充分肯定，势头可喜。截至目前，全国“扫黄打非”办公室举报中心共受理网上传播淫秽色情信息举报线索24707条，在初步核实基础上，已将其中721条重点线索转交有关地方和有关部门查处。全国“扫黄打非”办公室已分三批先后通报了包括新浪网传播淫秽色情信息案在内的19起典型案件。下一步，全国“扫黄打非”办公室将继续协调各有关地方和有关部门，对网上传播淫秽色情信息的违法违规行为，进一步加大打击力度，始终保持高压态势，特别是对顶风作案者，给予严厉打击，绝不手软。

广东罗定破获“2·17”网上传播淫秽色情信息案。2013年底，根据全国“扫黄打非”办公室转办的广东省罗定市有人开办淫秽色情网站的线索，罗定市公安部门会同文化执法部门联合行动，从涉案网站取证了5734部涉嫌传播淫秽色情信息内容小说，经鉴定643部为淫秽互联网出版物。2014年2月，公安部门成功抓获犯罪嫌疑人彭某、彭某，收缴作案用电脑3台。经查，2013年6月以来，彭某、彭某先后创建4个淫秽色情网站，仅其中1个网站就有淫秽色情小说5700余部，网民访问次数923万人次。目前，彭某、彭某已被依法批捕，案件正在进一步侦办中。

广东深圳破获网上传播淫秽色情视频种子文件案。2014年2月，广东深圳公安部门发现，有人在网上利用传播淫秽色情视频种子文件牟利，通过深入侦查及时锁定犯罪嫌疑人陈某。2014年2月27日，深圳公安部门成功抓捕陈某，现场收缴5台电脑，从中查获5万余个淫秽色情视频种子文件。根据陈某交代，公安部门于3月5日将陈某的上线黄某抓获。经查，2013年5月至2014年1月，黄某多次在网上利用QQ和淘宝网店出售淫秽色情视频种子文件，价格分别为29元、49元、79元不等。2013年9月，陈某通过支付宝从黄某处购买了淫秽色情视频种子文件套餐，并同样利用QQ和淘宝网店出售，非法获利5万余元。2014年4月，犯罪嫌疑人陈某、黄某被依法批准逮捕，案件正在进一步侦办中。
上海金山破获“3.24”微信传播淫秽色情信息案。2014年2月，上海市金山公安网安部门发现，网民“mary”通过微信以会员制或单卖形式公开销售其自己拍摄的裸体、性爱等淫秽视频。经侦查发现，涉案人手机号、支付宝账户活动频繁，资金往来于全国各地，初步判定涉及数百人。3月24日，公安部门在文化市场行政执法部门配合下，成功抓获犯罪嫌疑人马某等3人，查缴涉案电脑1台、手机7部。经审查，3人交代了今年2月以来利用“微拍”、“微信”等软件制作并上传、贩卖淫秽视频100余段。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
甘肃平凉破获“同城轻松夜话”QQ群传播淫秽色情信息案。2014年3月，甘肃省泾川县公安网安部门发现，虚拟身份为“*我是你*＜萌大人＞”在其创建的“同城轻松夜话”QQ群内大肆传播淫秽色情图片、视屏、链接。公安部门迅速开展侦查调查，在新疆乌鲁木齐成功将犯罪嫌疑人温某抓获。目前，温某交待了其违法犯罪活动，并已被刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
江西赣州破获“阅读小丝拉拉小说网”传播淫秽色情信息案。近期，江西省赣州市公安部门发现，“阅读小丝拉拉小说网”刊载大量淫秽色情小说。经查，该网站由注册人刘某与其妻在赣州市兴国县创办。经鉴定，该网站中《悸恋》、《深红少女》、《艳女不了情》、《厮磨》、《阶梯上的呻吟》等小说均属淫秽色情出版物。目前，该网站已被关闭，公安机关已立案侦查，案件正在进一步侦办中。
北京查处“红袖添香”网站登载淫秽色情信息内容出版物案。2014年2月27日，北京市文化市场行政执法总队执法人员依法对北京红袖添香科技发展有限公司经营的“红袖添香”网站进行行政执法检查。经查，该网站登载的《囚锁情妇》、《偷香猎人》等小说含有淫秽色情内容。2014年3月13日，北京市文化市场行政执法总队依法对北京红袖添香科技发展有限公司作出罚款人民币2万元的行政处罚。
北京查处“水木网”登载淫秽色情内容出版物案。2014年3月4日，北京市文化市场行政执法总队执法人员依法对北京水木联创科技有限公司经营的“水木网”进行行政执法检查。经查，该公司未经批准擅自从事互联网出版活动，在网站提供《走错路》淫秽色情出版物。2014年3月13日，北京市文化市场行政执法总队责令北京水木联创科技有限公司立即停止违法行为，并依法处以罚款人民币1万元。
北京查处“shupeng”网站非法登载淫秽色情内容出版物案。2014年3月26日，北京市文化市场行政执法总队执法人员依法对北京本制科技有限公司经营的网站(m.shupeng.com)进行行政执法检查。经查，该公司未经批准擅自从事互联网出版活动，提供《旷世神医》、《乡村满艳》等互联网出版物阅读服务，存在网上传播淫秽色情出版物行为。2014年4月22日，北京市文化市场行政执法总队责令北京本制科技有限公司立即停止互联网出版活动，并依法处以罚款人民币2万元。
