　　针对网曝广西桂林市永福县发放百万春节补贴一事，永福县纪委书记经翠艳5日向记者证实，涉及此事的大部分该县副处级及以上领导干部，已退还了领取的发放款。

　　5日，记者驱车来到永福县政府，永福县委常委、宣传部长孙玉杰接受采访时表示，上级纪委已介入此事调查，他不便透露更多细节，只强调以纪委调查结果为准。他承认自己已于当天上午退还了领取的发放款。

　　永福县政协副主席黄泽治承认自己春节前工资卡内划进了3.5万元，他认为，这是完成县政府制定的五项经济指标后发放的奖励。他当天上午已将这笔钱取出来交还永福县纪委。

　　5月4日，一则题为“广西永福县委书记用‘易经’算出发百万补贴不会出事”的网帖称，“广西桂林市永福县委书记黄永跃顶风作案，在2014年春节前，组织开会决定给该县副处级及以上领导干部发过节补贴，给全县26名领导干部发了上百万元(人民币)津贴、补贴”。

　　网帖发出后立即引发网络热议。桂林市纪委和监察部门于4日下午派出调查组深入永福县，针对网帖所反映的情况展开调查。

　　经翠艳称，纪委已要求所有涉及此事的领导干部必须于5日退还领取的发放款，部分在外出差、或是调离工作岗位的干部则需将这笔钱打入纪委指定的银行账户。(完)
