今日，中国移动官方正式对外宣布，与17家单位继4月1日全面完成《移动通信转售业务合作协议》签署后，近日即将完成《移动通信转售业务合作补充协议》签署。至此，双方对移动通信转售业务合作的关键事项达成一致。
据了解，自开展移动通信转售业务试点工作以来，中国移动本着积极、稳妥的原则有序推进相关工作，建立了规范、标准的合作伙伴引入程序，在充分了解申请企业的实际情况和合作意向的基础上，选择了首批17家合作意向企业。《移动通信转售业务合作协议》和《移动通信转售业务合作补充协议》的签署，标志着双方在具体的转售价格、合作区域、保障条款等方面达成一致。
同时中国移动也将于近期向转售合作伙伴提供具体的移动通信转售业务规范书，对合作所适用的实际操作程序作出详细规定。针对此前社会关注的支撑系统问题，中国移动表示可结合合作伙伴需求，提供转售企业租用、自建等多种方式。
