今天IT资讯报道苹果OIS超分辨率拍照专利曝光的消息。根据报道，通过该技术苹果将可以在不增加像素数的情况下拍出超分辨率照片，也可能是这个原因，目前有传闻称苹果将在iPhone6中继续采用800万像素摄像头。
据专利介绍，苹果是通过光学防抖技术在一次拍摄过程中高速捕获数张照片，然后借助图像处理引擎进行处理整合得到一张比相机自身像素水平高出很多的超分辨率照片。因此用800万像素的iPhone拍出1600万、2000万，甚至5000万像素水平的超高清照片就成为了可能。
虽说苹果的每一次技术创新都会引起果粉甚至整个智能手机业界的惊叹，但是就这项技术而言，苹果公司可能要遇到麻烦了。
苹果的麻烦来自中国OPPO。OPPO发布年度旗舰机OPPO Find 7，其一大亮点就在于其1300万像素输出5000万像素海报级高清照片的能力。根据OPPO官方介绍，OPPO Find 7可以在一次拍摄过程中高速10连拍，并在合成加工中通过运动估计算法保留各样张中的优秀细节，剔除模糊区域，最终生成一张高达5000万像素的高质量照片。
比较两者的技术原理，苹果这次曝光的专利其实与OPPO为Find 7上研发的多帧采样技术如出一辙，简单来说都是通过多帧拍摄最终合成超清照片，区别在于Find 7并未使用OIS光学防抖技术。
近年来关于智能手机相关专利的斗争层出不穷。苹果与三星的专利大战刚刚结束，在此之前诺基亚也以侵犯其专利为由让HTC在欧洲市场颇为难受。虽然超分辨率拍照专利在手，但是苹果假如要在iPhone6或iPhone7中采用了该技术很可能会遇到麻烦。面对中国市场该技术的先行者OPPO，在这种情况下苹果的专利技术很可能会被判在华无效。
联想到此前苹果在中国与唯冠的iPad商标之争，作为后来者的苹果究竟会作何应对，我们拭目以待。
