　　新华网南昌5月9日电（记者胡锦武）记者9日从江西南昌市人民检察院获悉，4月15日至30日，南昌市检察机关立案侦查了5名县处级以上干部贪污贿赂案件，其中包括江西省农业厅副巡视员邓建平和中国东方资产管理公司南昌办事处原副总经理江木才。

　　据通报，5起要案中，涉案人员包括副厅级干部2人，副处级干部3人。分别为：邓建平，江西省农业厅副巡视员，副厅级，涉嫌受贿罪、挪用公款罪；江木才，中国东方资产管理公司南昌办事处原副总经理，副厅级，涉嫌受贿罪；王令荣，南昌市供销合作社党委委员、副主任，副处级，涉嫌受贿罪；文顺保，南昌市公路管理局总工程师，副处级，涉嫌受贿罪；肖敏，江西省煤炭集团公司社区事务部副部长，副处级，涉嫌受贿罪。
