朱先生的儿子今年5岁，在原鸿基新城幼儿园读大班，他向记者出示了两份自己孩子的体检报告，分别为政府指定医院及朱先生带儿子自行就医的渭南医院。政府指定医院检测结果为轻度肾积水，而渭南医院的检测结果则为重度肾积水，肾积水程度完全不同。

而且更让赵女士感到奇怪的是从来没有腿脚毛病的乐乐开始喊腿疼，不愿意走路，总让赵女士背着上楼下楼，而且很不愿意去幼儿园，乐乐莫名其妙的肚子痛、腿疼、后背瘙痒吓坏了赵女士和家人，他们不知道乐乐到底怎么了，怎么会突然间有这些奇怪的病状，更让赵女士感到意外的是一次她给乐乐洗内衣时发现乐乐的内裤上有很多黄色粘稠分泌物，一个三岁左右的孩子怎么会有这样的分泌物呢？
乐乐出现的腿疼、下体分泌物增多等症状并非个例，在记者调查中有多位家长向记者透露了自己的孩子目前也出现同样的状况。
“无共性指标异常”结论遭质疑
在喂药事件发生的这一个月里，为了确认自己的孩子是否存在健康异常，鸿基新城和枫韵幼儿园的数百名家长分别带领孩子在西安，甚至外地的医院自行进行了体检。记者共搜集了500多份这样的体检报告并分别进行统计，发现有超过300多份体检报告中出现了指标异常。这是对枫韵幼儿园一个班的孩子体检报告的统计，从统计结果中可以看到，30个孩子当中，4项检查全部正常的仅有5人。剩余的孩子均存在体检指标异常情况，问题主要集中在心肌酶偏高和隐尿，也就是俗称的尿血。从家长们掌握的材料来看，发现身体异常的孩子数量已经远远超过当初官方公布的65人，而且症状也不仅仅局限于当地政府通报的“出汗”、“食欲不振”，因此官方 “未发现共性指标异常”的结论自然遭受到质疑。
家长们的质疑并不仅仅依据自己的体检结果，同时他们也质疑事发之后当地政府部门对服药儿童组织的体检是否负责，体检结果是否准确。
还未检测先取结果 六份报告分秒不差
朱先生的这一发现，引起了家长的注意，他们开始收集孩子当时体检的相关资料，一些家长给记者提供了当时孩子的B超报告，当时做B超的地方是政府指定的医院。在这些报告里，有6份报告引起了记者的注意。这6份报告分属6个不同的儿童，但奇怪的是，报告内容却是一模一样。无论是B超的片子还是检查数据和检查结论。尤其值得注意的是，这6份报告的检测时间居然也完全一样，一秒都不差。
B超检查中，发现6名儿童使用了一模一样的报告，根据专业人士分析，报告不具备可信性。家长们自发进行的体检结果又发现指标异常儿童的数量高于当地政府公布的数字，这难怪家长们对当地政府通报的内容持怀疑态度。由此，家长们也开始担心，孩子的真实健康状况到底怎样？是不是只向当地政府部门通报的一样，只发现“出汗”、“食欲不振”的症状。
还有一位家长告诉记者当时去指定医院检查时听到的情形：“当时我们带孩子去检查的时候，前面有个家长说，他的孩子还没到做B超的床上去，仅仅刚报了孩子的名字，医生就把孩子的B超拿出来了，还没检查就给了单子。”
长期喂药仅为出勤率
原西安枫韵幼儿园的保健医生说出了长期给孩子服用“病毒灵”的真实原因：为了出勤率。原来由于鸿基新城、枫韵都是私立幼儿园，根据有关规定，孩子缺勤需要退还托费，所以为了防止孩子因为感冒缺勤，便给他们长期喂食病毒灵。孩子如果出勤率高，幼儿园收费就会高。而且幼儿园老师的工资也是跟孩子的出勤率挂钩的。而喂食“病毒灵“的起因，则是当时两个班的孩子出了水痘，所以每班都只有十来个孩子来上学，出勤率很少。
目前，西安市鸿基新城、枫韵两所幼儿园的一些家长关心的核心问题就是，服药儿童的真实健康状况如何，这些孩子的服药量到底是多少，病毒灵这种药又有哪些副作用。针对这些问题，记者与西安市莲湖区、雁塔区喂药事件工作小组的工作人员取得了联系，他们表示，家长们的质疑和诉求他们已经反映给上级主管部门，目前他们也已组织服药儿童进行了身体复查，对于后续的检查结果，将及时向媒体和社会公布。
