新京报讯 (记者 魏铭言) 今日,国家卫生计生委回应“四川出现全球第一宗人感染H5N6个案”。卫计委新闻发言人宋树立说,国家疾控网络在不明原因肺炎的监测中,在一个因重症肺炎去世的病例标本中监测出H5N6禽流感病毒核酸阳性,经过中国疾控中心进一步确认为H5N6禽流感病毒,目前专家判定病例是个案,因为病例密切接触人群当中没有检测出阳性也没有出现相应症状。目前,专家分析病毒导致人感染和传播的风险仍比较低。
中国疾控中心卫生应急中心研究员倪大新补充介绍,根据相关文献的梳理,四川H5N6病例的确是全球首次从人身体中分离到H5N6病毒。这种病毒以前在德国、瑞典、美国以及台湾曾经报道从水禽鸭和野鸭当中分离到过这种H5N6病毒。但是就我们目前掌握的情况看,他们原来报道的分离的病毒基本上对禽是属于低致病性的,但是这次根据病毒基因的序列分析,最后证明它对禽是高致病性的,与之前的H5N6禽流感病毒有差别。
