山顶村落出现神秘地坑
4月30日，本报记者在当地村民的指引下，沿着盘山公路抵达海拔900多米的青岗坪村四组。正是采茶的季节，不少村民正忙着在茶园采茶。
61岁村民曾令甲的家位于山顶，其4户亲戚的房子也在附近。走进曾令甲的家，从厨房到卧室，可以清晰地看到裂缝，裂缝最宽处可以放入一个手掌。
从曾令甲的家出来，没走几步，便能看到地面上有一个直径约1米的深坑。村民带着记者再往前走，类似的地坑还有数个，最深处有1人多高。记者观察发现，这些地坑均系从周边向中间塌陷，坑周边的土壤也十分松软。
记者看到的仅仅只是一部分。村民曾令平拿出一叠照片向记者说道，不仅是房前屋后和邻近的农地，稍微远点的山林里也有类似地坑出现。曾令平拿出的照片拍摄于不久前。因地坑频现，几位胆大的村民拿着尺子和相机，对一些相对严重的地坑进行了登记。曾令平指着一张岩石的照片说，这个面积数平方米的岩石堆，原本是密合的，如今出现的裂缝已有1米左右了。细心的曾令平对已出现的地坑进行统计，仅山顶方圆0.5平方公里的范围内，先后出现数十个大小不等的地坑，最深的坑有一层楼高。目前，村民的出行和劳作已受到地坑影响。
人畜频受伤村民很恐慌
地坑的出现不仅影响了村民正常出行和劳作，人畜受伤的情况也开始出现。
47岁的村民曾令武告诉记者，今年3月28日上午，他和往常一样使用农耕机在地里忙活。突然，他觉得脚下一软，腿也使不上劲了。接着，眼前一黑，整个人随着地面下陷，坠入一个直径数米、深达2米的地坑里。农耕机则半挂在坑边。曾令武的呼救声引起了周围村民的注意，大家赶来后用梯子下到坑底，将他救了起来。曾令武因腿部受伤，随即被送至镇卫生院简单医治后又转入宜昌城区医院治疗。
“我住了22天院，现在想想就很害怕。我们不知道在田里或者山林里行走时，什么时候还会再出现地坑！”5月4日，与记者交谈中，曾令武依旧后怕。他说，此前也曾多次出现险情。2011年春天，乡邻张照红来曾家帮忙，正当他驾驶农耕机忙活时，地坑就出现在他脚下，好在他反应快，人虽然及时跳出下陷处，但机器却掉入坑中。
地坑的恐慌还在蔓延。
今年4月23日晚，村民曾令甲发现放养的一只母羊一直未回家，起初并未放在心上。次日早上，曾令甲才发现，田地里有一只小羊在不停地叫唤，跑过去查看才发现，一只母羊跌入一个新出现的地坑里，已经死亡。
附近年长的居民曾令远告诉记者，这些地坑从2008年开始陆续出现。村里的祖辈从外地迁入此地安家，周围的村民都是亲戚。大家在此生活了数辈人，之前对这种地坑闻所未闻。如今这些地坑的出现，已经威胁到了住房和农垦地，而这些是村民赖以生存的基础。

系自然因素？村民不认可
世代耕作和生息的土地上，为何近年来频繁出现不可预料的地坑？
今年3月，地坑伤人事件发生后，引起了当地村委会、镇委、镇政府的高度重视。
青岗坪村书记张室登告诉记者，2011年以来，该村四组村民陆续反映了地坑现象。村民曾令武受伤后，镇委、镇政府领导多次来现场进行了查看。对于地坑出现的原因，村民对此也有多种猜测，例如是否与附近矿石开采、水土流失损耗有关等等。
今年4月初，在村民的要求下，贺家坪镇政府请来长阳县国土资源局工作人员，对地坑现场进行调查。工作人员在回函中将这些地坑表述为“塌陷坑”，直径从0.5米至7米不等。对于原因，回函中写道：“经调查，该区域出现的塌陷坑为岩溶性塌陷，系自然因素诱发。”在防治措施建议中，工作人员认为，“对多年前形成的塌陷坑可人工填充复耕”，“新出现的塌陷坑有待观察”，工作人员还建议“对房屋进行检测，如果出现变形家具，人员及时撤离”。
然而，村民对此回函却依旧持怀疑态度。他们认为，祖祖辈辈都未出现过这种现象，为什么现在竟会集中出现呢？
该镇覃副镇长告诉记者，村民的人身和财产安全是第一位的，随着汛期的临近，镇里也十分担心村民安全。地坑伤人事件发生后，镇里领导多次前往现场调查。
记者了解到，5月3日晚，镇里为此再次召开专题会议，考虑地坑影响到的村民住宅和人员安全，初步确定几点应对方案：一是将尽快申请市及以上地质灾害鉴定部门，近期到现场进行勘测，对原因进行分析；二是对危及安全的危房纳入农村危房改造等政策范畴；三是对有安全隐患不愿意新建的农户补助一定费用，进行加固处理。同时，实时监控地坑的发展，有条件填充复耕的及时填充，确保人民群众生命财产的安全。
