　　江西省防汛抗旱总指挥部要求全省各地各部门加强巡查值守，坚持24小时值班制度，及时掌握雨情、水情、险情和灾情；部门之间要加强信息尤其是险情、灾情信息的沟通，并及时上报；要加强对小型水库、重点山塘、山洪地质灾害等防汛薄弱环节的重点关注和预警。
