　　这座崭新的幼儿园只是凯兰巴·凯亚西新城中24所配套幼儿园之一。凯兰巴·凯亚西新城，简称KK新城，由中信建设于2012年10月建成并交付业主，新城占地8.8平方公里，设计容纳20万人口。截至今年4月入住率已达到80%，洋溢在大街小巷和一座座幼儿园、学校中孩子们的欢声笑语就是新城生机勃勃、希望无限的例证。

　　直接在荒原上一次性“播种”一座有着710栋楼、24座幼儿园、9座小学、8座中学、2座变电站、400公里市政道路、1座净水厂、1座污水厂和数不清的管网、电网的新城，在安哥拉尚属首次。

　　在物资并不丰富的非洲，完成这样一座新城的难度可想而知，而中信建设却有着自己的秘诀。没有碎石就投资兴建碎石厂，没有门窗就购进铝合金门窗生产线，没有苗木就建起现代化的苗圃大棚……一切从零开始，自力更生，不等不靠，把难题留给自己，把成果送给安哥拉人民。
