　　5月18日是国际博物馆日，北京高校博物馆联盟成立也已两年。记者探访联盟内的部分博物馆，发现存在周末及节假日不开放、承诺免费却要买门票、要提前预约等问题。普通市民想要前往参观，并不是那么容易。

　　记者探访 央美 参观票价15元

　　2012年在京18所高校的19家博物馆(后北京林业大学标本馆加入)宣布成立北京高校博物馆联盟后，市教委就曾表示，这些博物馆会逐步实现免费开放。但记者在探访过程中发现，到目前仍有博物馆存在收费现象。

　　中央美术学院美术馆就是至今仍在收费的一家，馆内会不定期举办各种展览，收费是15元，有学生证或者团体参观能享受10元的优惠票价。工作人员表示，美术馆一直是收费的，虽然听说过高校博物馆会逐步免费开放一说，但他们没有接到过任何相关通知。

　　学生、老人可持相关证件免费参观中央民族大学民族博物馆，该馆只在每年5月18日国际博物馆日、6月1日国际儿童节当天免费开放。

　　中传 指路牌上找不到

　　中国传媒大学博物馆于两年前对外开放。其展厅建筑面积达3000平方米，有广播馆、电视馆、电影馆、传输馆4个分馆。馆藏展品15000余件，包括1959年国庆十周年时，天津无线电厂生产的熊猫牌收音机等珍贵藏品。

　　近日，记者来到中国传媒大学，在校内各路口的指路牌上，并未找到有关博物馆的标识。在向多名学生打听后，才有人指出博物馆所在地，位于图书馆地下一层。博物馆门口的牌子上写着，开放时间为周一至周五，周末并不对外开放。

　　北京工业大学科技与艺术博物馆开放于2011年，由民间美术博物馆、奥运纪念馆、微电机展览馆等6个分馆组成。这些分馆分散在北工大校园各处，也没有在指路牌上标出。如果不提前问清，在校内不易找到。该博物馆的老师称，市民来电预约参观时，他们会详细介绍各分馆地址。

　　首师大 一周只开两天

　　市民参观博物馆，多选择在空闲时前往。但记者发现，部分高校博物馆并不在周末、节假日开放。即便是工作日，开放时间也有限制。

　　中央民族大学民族博物馆是以少数民族文物为主要收藏、展示和研究对象的民族学专业博物馆。记者探访发现，该博物馆只在周一至周四对外开放，周五至周日及节假日并不开馆。

　　首都师范大学博物馆每周只在周一、周二开放，且每天上下午仅各开放两小时，其他时间均闭门谢客。

　　而北工大的奥运纪念馆经常被人占用，艺术博物馆、微电机展览馆平时有学生上课，市民并不能随时前往参观。

　　北航 在线预约难住老人

　　据了解，来北航博物馆参观前必须登录北航博物馆网站，进行注册及预约领票。探访时，记者在博物馆门前见到了从东北来京探亲的刘大爷，身为航模爱好者的他，特意来北航博物馆参观。

　　"我从知春里坐了半小时的公交车过来，都到博物馆门口了，里面人说必须在网上预约才能换票。"刘大爷说，自己不会上网，无奈只能"望馆兴叹"。"也不知道这辈子还有没有机会再来"，转身离开前，老人遗憾地说。

　　好在北航的一名学生伸出援助之手，用自己的学生证帮刘大爷换了一张门票，老人才得以进馆参观。

　　官方回应 联盟无权管理成员博物馆

　　今天上午，记者就部分高校博物馆存在收费、要提前预约及周末、节假日不开放等情况，采访了北京高校博物馆联盟理事会秘书长、中国地质大学博物馆馆长周洪瑞。

　　"我们只是一个民间组织，没有行政权，更没有强制力。"周洪瑞坦言，联盟从成立时，就没有打算让所有的高校博物馆都免费开放，或者统一管理开放时间。

　　他告诉记者，自己所在的中国地质大学博物馆，自联盟成立以来就是免费开放，目前在周六也开门迎客。

　　记者注意到，虽然北京高校博物馆联盟已建立官方网站，但还是有几所高校博物馆的网站链接打不开。周洪瑞对此表示，会进一步做好网站的维护工作，也会建议各联盟成员及时修复网站链接。

　　开放时间不得少于8个月

　　北京市文物局工作人员接受媒体采访时曾表示，北京大学赛克勒考古与艺术博物馆、中央民族大学民族博物馆等高校博物馆，已经完成了登记注册手续。根据2000年通过的《北京市博物馆条例》，博物馆经文物行政管理部门核准登记后向社会开放。

　　上述条例规定，博物馆全年展览开放应不少于8个月。如在没有正当理由的情况下，开放时间不足8个月，由文物行政管理部门给予警告、责令限期改正。逾期不改正的，处以500元以上2000元以下罚款。情节严重的，将注销登记。高校博物馆一周如果仅开放两天，全年很难达到8个月的规定开放时间。
