　　据了解，当日11时50分左右，位于西安市闹市区的北大街和平电影院门前，一男子突然欲抢夺卖菠萝女摊主的水果刀，被摊主制止后将其捅倒。附近民众随即上前追堵，该男子在逃跑过程中持刀自残，被民众制服。

　　目前，行凶者已被警方控制，正在医院救治，女摊主不幸身亡，案件正在进一步调查中。

　　西安市警方表示，当地警方已立案调查。

　　西安市警方称，网传“7人被砍”系谣言，警方将依法对造谣、传谣者予以查处。(完)
