在市场经济条件下,居然还能“把一个极端的值常态化”,这是对消费者权益的漠视和伤害。为何会有这种不可思议的情况发生?关键是在行垄断之实的电信运营商与孱弱的消费者之间存在严重的权利、信息不对等,消费者缺乏话语权,不仅在议价问题上失去了主动,而且在权利保障上,也失去了应有的尊严。
