毕业生应当放平自己的心态，毕竟如今“大学生”早已不是高大上的代名词了。
对于大学生，我有几点建议。第一，多参加招聘会，海投简历，不放过每一次机会。用积极主动的方式去面对社会，面对困难，面对挑战。
第二，大学期间参加各种社会实习工作。现在越来越多的大学生刚进入大学校门，就开始到社会上找实习工作，在还没有正式毕业之前就先接触社会，这是一种很好的社会体验。而另一些实习经历较少的大学生在面临就业时，往往不清楚自己究竟想要什么，对社会还没有一个直观的概念。他们或许只听说国企、事业单位收入稳定，金融、互联网、IT行业收入高，但是并不清楚自己最适合什么样的行业，最想做什么样的岗位。
通过实习，大学生可以对这个社会更加了解，同时通过不同的实习经历最终确定自己的未来定位，找到最适合自己、最想要做的工作。
第三，充分利用资源。在中国，无论是生活还是工作，或许都离不开“关系”两个字。大学生在面临就业时，也经常通过熟人关系介绍到相关企事业单位工作。这也不失为一种很好的就业方式，因为这种“关系”就是你独有的资源。在工作中，我们需要运用到不同的资源，来帮助我们解决问题。
第四，愿意从合同工开始，通过业绩获得正式工作机会。很多企业对有业绩的员工总是开绿灯的，即使是入职门槛很高的银行对有业绩的员工也是非常欢迎的，如果愿意从合同工开始，用业绩来获取正式的工作机会，是非常好的一种方式。
起步低并不等于未来没有上升空间，当年我从一个普通的程序员开始，通过不断的努力，花了7年的时间最后成为微软中国总裁；吴士宏的第一份工作是IBM公司的前台，后来成为IBM中国经销渠道总经理；中国平安保险集团董事长马明哲，走进职场的时候只是一个给人开车的司机。
每个毕业生都应当有着从最底层做起的心态，起点有多低不重要，重要的是你是否有足够的力量跳高。
