通过实习,大学生可以对这个社会更加了解,同时通过不同的实习经历最终确定自己的未来定位,找到最适合自己、最想要做的工作。

第三,充分利用资源。在中国,无论是生活还是工作,或许都离不开“关系”两个字。大学生在面临就业时,也经常通过熟人关系介绍到相关企事业单位工作。这也不失为一种很好的就业方式,因为这种“关系”就是你独有的资源。在工作中,我们需要运用到不同的资源,来帮助我们解决问题。

第四,愿意从合同工开始,通过业绩获得正式工作机会。很多企业对有业绩的员工总是开绿灯的,即使是入职门槛很高的银行对有业绩的员工也是非常欢迎的,如果愿意从合同工开始,用业绩来获取正式的工作机会,是非常好的一种方式。

起步低并不等于未来没有上升空间,当年我从一个普通的程序员开始,通过不断的努力,花了7年的时间最后成为微软中国总裁;吴士宏的第一份工作是IBM公司的前台,后来成为IBM中国经销渠道总经理;中国平安保险集团董事长马明哲,走进职场的时候只是一个给人开车的司机。
