众所周知，谷歌不但喜欢以优厚薪酬招募顶尖人才，还在办公园区内为员工提供免费食物、按摩服务、健身娱乐设施等数不胜数的福利，并且会定期组织员工去塔霍湖、拉斯维加斯、夏威夷等地旅行。在各种各样的最佳雇主、最佳员工待遇等榜单上，谷歌排名第一早已不是什么新鲜事儿。

Facebook在上榜科技公司中排名第2、总排名第3，这家社交网络巨头对待员工也是相当慷慨，谷歌有啥他家基本都有，而且他家在医疗保健方面的福利尤其好，有推拿、针灸和医务室。

值得一提的是，在薪资福利待遇排名前10的公司里，科技公司占了6家。除了谷歌和Facebook之外，第3名到第6名分别是：Adobe（总第4）、Epic（总第5）、Intuit（总第6）、SalesForce（总第9）。

其他上榜的知名科技公司还包括高通（总第13）、VMWare（总第16）、微软（总第18）、eBay（总第25）。

出人意料的是，苹果并未上榜——这不一定意味着苹果对员工不好，也可能是苹果保密政策严格、员工行事比较低调的原因，毕竟Glassdoor制定排名的而依据是员工在去年对公司的反馈。
