　　经警方连夜审讯，王某交代了枪械系其在一吸毒人员大庆(化名)家内所见，王某还称大庆和其朋友都吸食毒品。

　　5月25日4点46分

　　瘾君子称，自己需要5克冰毒，价格为每克500元，总价2500元，并最终和毒贩约定在朝阳区某地铁站A口进行交易。

　　侦查大队侦查员立刻赶往A口附近进行布控。当晚10点45分，G告知瘾君子已经前往地铁站A口，但是侦查员在A口未发现可疑人员，却发现一名黑色皮肤戴白色帽子的外籍男子出现在D口。戴白帽子男子和一名中国人沿D口步行至A口后未停留，而是过马路行至地铁站B口。

　　随后G致电瘾君子称交易地点改在地铁站B口，警方立刻确认戴白帽子男子系前来交易的G。隐藏在周围的侦查员立刻出动，将G制服并抓捕，在G的身上搜出一包冰毒，并在附近草丛内的烟盒内发现毒品若干。

　　据与G同行的中国籍男子介绍，当时他从地铁站D口出来后，该外籍男子上前询问哪里是地铁站A口，由于他并不知道A口地址才带该外籍男子前往寻找。该中国籍男子表示，他和外籍男子过马路后误将B口当A口。

　　5月25日0点11分

　　瘾君子用英语引出毒贩

　　警方发现由于此前警方的行动，外籍毒贩已经警觉，开始拒绝和中国籍购买者交易。同时部分外籍毒贩和吸毒人员确定交易后并未亲自前往交易，而是安排其他人。

　　5月25日凌晨0点11分，一名被控制的瘾君子以外籍瘾君子身份拨通警方锁定的一名外籍毒贩Q的电话，用英语询问其是否有冰毒，当瘾君子表示需要5克冰毒并出价2500元时，该男子立刻称他可以交易，并和瘾君子确定在朝阳区某地铁站D口交易。

　　凌晨1点25分，另外一名外籍男子Z致电瘾君子称他是前往交易的人，随后会前往D口，通话过程Z多次询问瘾君子是否是中国人，同时询问交易是否由中国人进行。

　　1点28分，外籍男子Q却再次致电称自己朋友并未前往交易地点与瘾君子交易，前往交易地点的仍是自己。

　　凌晨1点45分，Z致电瘾君子称已经到达交易地点，隐藏在附近的民警随后将Z抓获并在他的身上搜出5克冰毒，经核实该男子并不是此前瘾君子联系的外籍男子Q，而Q再未出现。

　　北京警方专项行动抓涉毒人员30余人

　　昨晚，北京警方通报，自2月26日起，北京警方在全市范围内依法开展了打击整治外籍人员涉毒违法犯罪专项行动，一举打掉多个由外籍人员组成的涉毒团伙，截至目前，共抓获外籍涉毒违法犯罪人员30余名，收缴各类毒品790余克，有力净化了社会环境。

　　3月初，北京警方根据工作中掌握的线索，组织相关部门警力在朝阳区三里屯等地区对外籍涉毒人员开展集中清理整治行动，盘查可疑人员30余名，从中抓获外籍涉毒人员10余名。经审查，警方发现多个外籍涉毒团伙，并迅速成立专案组，开展专案侦查。

　　通过连续工作、深入侦查，专案组逐步摸清了外籍涉毒团伙的活动规律，这些涉毒团伙成员多数为外籍人员，多从南方夹带毒品来京，活动地点在朝阳区东坝、三里屯一带。专案组在充分掌握这些团伙违法犯罪证据后，于近期集中收网。

　　据介绍，仅5月15日至25日，警方通过连续开展抓捕行动，即抓获外籍涉毒违法犯罪人员10余名，收缴各类毒品630余克。

　　北京警方提示：如发现涉毒违法线索，可通过“北京禁毒”微信、“@平安北京”新浪微博以及“110”进行举报。
