　　经侦查初步查明：犯罪嫌疑人金渊与嘉兴市城乡建设规划委员会原调研员姚金明通谋，利用姚金明的职务便利，非法收受他人贿赂，为他人谋取利益。目前，案件正在进一步侦查中。
