　　白银市人民检察院指控，2003年11月至2013年5月期间，被告人史勇利用其担任酒泉市房地产管理局局长、城乡建设局局长职务之便，在工程项目招标、市政项目建设、工程款支付、承揽生意、帮助办理相关审批手续等方面为他人谋取利益，先后收受姚某等25家建筑工程单位及个人给予的现金及房产共计人民币约2227万元、美元41万元、价值人民币20万余元的金条11根。另有共计人民币约2512万元财物、美金12万余元、欧元11495元、港币30870元不能说明合法来源。

　　被告人茹秀琴与其丈夫史勇于2009年11月共同收受价值人民币约951万元的上海别墅一套。

　　史勇此前系酒泉市城乡建设管理局局长。因涉嫌受贿犯罪于2013年9月2日经甘肃省人民检察院决定逮捕，同年9月6日甘肃省公安厅执行逮捕。

　　茹秀琴捕前系酒泉市城乡建设管理局招投标办公室退休职工。

　　案发后，侦查机关追缴涉案赃款共计人民币约3207万元、美元51万多元、港币30870元、欧元5015元；追回位于上海、三亚、珠海、太原、兰州等处房产及商铺共8套；追回金条、金银饰品、藏品、玉器及手表等物共计64件，价值近人民币163万元。

　　检方认为，被告人史勇在担任酒泉市房地产管理局局长、城乡建设局局长期间，利用职务之便，单独或者伙同被告人茹秀琴收受巨额财物，为他人谋取利益，应当以受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪追究被告人史勇的刑事责任，以受贿罪追究被告人茹秀琴的刑事责任。检方同时认为，被告人茹秀琴在共同犯罪中起次要作用，是从犯，依法应当减轻处罚。

　　当天的庭审历时9个多小时。庭审中，被告人史勇、茹秀琴对起诉指控的大部分事实没有异议，但对部分事实和证据提出抗辩，尤其是上海房产证据问题、二被告人是否构成受贿罪共犯、无法说明来源的财产、二被告人是否有自首情节等问题控辩双方存在分歧。

　　本案未当庭宣判。
