3月初，北京警方根据工作中掌握的线索，组织相关部门警力在朝阳区三里屯等地区对外籍涉毒人员开展集中清理整治行动，盘查可疑人员30余名，从中抓获外籍涉毒人员10余名。经审查，警方发现多个外籍涉毒团伙，并迅速成立专案组，开展专案侦查。通过连续工作、深入侦查，专案组逐步摸清了外籍涉毒团伙的活动规律，这些涉毒团伙成员多数为外籍人员，多从南方夹带毒品来京，活动地点在朝阳区东坝、三里屯地区一带。专案组在充分掌握这些团伙违法犯罪证据后，于近期进行集中收网。
5月16日凌晨，专案组在朝阳区工体北门附近，将正在贩卖毒品2名外籍人员分别抓获，当场起获毒品冰毒、摇头丸40余克。经工作，又在嫌疑人暂住地起获毒品冰毒、摇头丸560余克。2名外籍人员因涉嫌贩卖毒品罪已被北京警方依法刑事拘留。据介绍，仅5月15日至25日，警方通过连续开展抓捕行动，即抓获外籍涉毒违法犯罪人员10余名，收缴各类毒品630余克。
北京警方提示： 如发现涉毒违法线索，可通过“北京禁毒”微信、“@平安北京”新浪微博以及“110”进行举报。北京警方将继续严密监控各类涉毒动态、涉毒重点地区及人群，严厉打击各类涉毒违法犯罪活动，为广大群众营造和谐文明安全的社会环境。
