　　此前罗戈津曾表示，俄罗斯拒绝美国提出的2020年后继续维持国际空间站运行的提议，俄方希望在2020年后将资金投入到比国际空间站更具前景的新航天项目中。按照计划，国际空间站将使用至2020年。今年1月，美国建议俄罗斯将国际空间站使用年限延长至2024年。
