　　北京市经济和信息化委员会相关负责人介绍，北京市正采取多种措施推进这一工作，包括按照国家相关法律法规，制定工业行业调整、生产工艺和设备退出指导目录，对目录范围内的企业，相关部门不予审批扩大产能项目，不提供新增授信支持，不再换发生产许可证、排污许可证、安全生产许可证等。对未按规定淘汰退出、被责令关闭的企业，限期办理工商注销登记。
