　　19日，巴中市公安局巴州区分局在“麻辣社区”网站认证账号发布通报回应此事：2014年5月19日上午，巴中城区一些公共场所、电线杆等处张贴“万民求助书”，书中反应“2014年4月13日下午四川巴中江北老中医院，5点40至6点发生一起故意杀人案，杀人犯车牌号码：川YS5500轿车，因拒交停车管理费2元发生剧烈纠纷后杀人犯情绪失控，当场打死受害者，并开车从死者身上碾压过去，致受害者梁宗仁当场死亡……”。

　　巴中市公安局巴州区分局表示，经调查，情况如下：2014年4月13日18时许，侯飞甫(男， 汉族，大专文化，现年30岁，巴中市城市管理行政执法局临聘人员，户籍所在地：四川省巴中市巴州区观音井花园小区201号)欲驾驶其停放在巴中市农业局楼下非机动车道上的私家车回家时，该路段泊车收费员梁宗仁(男，52岁，系本案死者)向其收取停车费，侯飞甫以各种理由拒绝交费并与梁宗仁发生纠纷，后趁梁宗仁不备强行开车离开，致梁宗仁摔倒在地受伤，围观群众拨打120求助，救护车将梁宗仁送至市中医院进行救治，因伤势较重，转至巴中市中心医院，经抢救无效死亡。

　　警方称，案件发生后，其高度重视，庚及成立专案组，于当日立案并开展侦查工作，并于当晚将犯罪嫌疑人侯飞甫抓获归案并刑事拘留；4月29日，巴中市公安局巴州区分局提请巴州区人民检察院依法逮捕；2014年5月16日，该案已侦查终结并依法移送检察机关审查起诉。
