调查：或为外地流入
这种手机卡来自何方？记者多方联系，找到了曾经经营手机卡业务的知情人李先生。
他告诉记者，这种“黑”手机卡其实在乌鲁木齐早就有销售，只是以前多数是本地卡，外省市的不多。实行实名认证后，一些经销商又把目光盯向了外地“黑”手机卡。“大经销商通过一些渠道从内地省市购入这些”黑“手机卡，然后再通过二级甚至是三级经销商将这些卡投放到市场上，一张卡的利润从十几元到几十元不等。”他说，在乌市中山路的一家手机卖场可以批发到这种手机卡。

记者随后又联系了一位业内人士，他明确告诉记者，小贩手里的“黑”手机卡就是从该卖场的一些经销商处批发来的。对于记者在此处一无所获，他解释说：“现在抓得很紧，不是很熟的人，他们不会卖给你，更不敢摆在柜台里卖。”
建议：消费者不要购买
