Viet Nam fishing in Xisha sea area interference when a collision of my fishing boats capsized

"Viet Nam fishing interference when a collision of my fishing boats capsized in China's Xisha sea area" 26th at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, a Viet Nam Xisha waters of Dongfang city in Hainan, China fishing boats capsized when the interference in a collision, the persons on Board has been rescued in a timely manner. Since May 2, Viet Nam sent many times for different classes of vessels for China-related companies in the area drilling disturbance. Chinese authorities at the scene to take resolute measures to prevent interference with acts of sabotage, and made solemn representations.
