　　本报讯(记者汤维骏 通讯员黄安安) 5月22日，湖南省湘潭县检察院对一起涉案金额达3.6亿元的特大集资诈骗案犯罪嫌疑人朱某批准逮捕。

　　经审查，朱某自2008年起，以投资湘潭县易俗河沿江风光带等工程项目为由，以高额利息回报为诱饵，以拆东墙补西墙的方式，先后向不特定多数企业主、私人、小额担保公司、银行等分别借款十几万元到3000万元不等，所借款项用于偿还部分债务、利息以及个人挥霍等，至案发时导致3.6亿元借款无法归还，涉及被害人60余人。

　　该案涉案金额特别巨大，社会影响恶劣。湘潭县检察院在获悉案情后高度重视，多次派员提前介入侦查，对证据的收集、固定和完善以及侦查取证方向提出建议和意见。

　　对朱某批准逮捕后，该院向湘潭县公安局发出了《逮捕案件继续侦查取证意见书》。目前，该案仍在进一步侦查中。
