　　新疆维吾尔自治区人民检察院30日晚在其官方微博上发布消息称，2013年10月28日12时许，北京天安门广场前发生一起严重暴力恐怖案件。案件发生后，公安机关先后抓获8名犯罪嫌疑人，侦查终结后移送乌鲁木齐市人民检察院审查起诉。乌鲁木齐市人民检察院审查认为，涉案的8名犯罪嫌疑人行为已构成组织、领导、参加恐怖组织罪和以危险方法威胁公共安全罪。

　　2013年10月28日，乌斯曼·艾山、其母库完汗·热依木及其妻古力克孜·艾尼3人驾乘吉普车闯入长安街便道，沿途快速行驶故意冲撞游人群众，造成2人死亡，40人受伤。嫌疑人驾车撞向金水桥护栏，点燃车内汽油致车辆起火燃烧，车内的乌斯曼·艾山等3人当场死亡。(完)
