　　刘美英说，固定执勤岗位主要设在车站、胡同口等人员密集的区域，一旦发现可疑人员，志愿者会第一时间向社区报告，社区将及时派工作人员前去查看。

　　志愿者王淑琴今年69岁，已经担任志愿者14年了，一直义务为街道服务，分文不取。“这几天倒是没有发现可疑人员，只是看见有几个贴小广告的人。”王淑琴告诉记者，她看到贴小广告的人后，不但会第一时间通知社区，而且她还会主动劝阻他们。

　　田主任说，志愿者只是起到巡逻和监督的作用，一旦发现可疑人员，街道会派工作人员和警务人员前去处理。

　　《法制晚报》记者发现，公交车上的安全员多是用肉眼观察，看到可疑情况就去查问。一名安全员告诉记者，西单到东单要重点巡视，如看见撒传单人员等将及时处理相关情况。
