　　全省地方公安与铁路公安将加强协同配合，开展联勤联动，强化火车站地区安全防范工作，在保持现有管理体制前提下，做到一体化指挥、一体化防控、一体化处置。

　　目前，全省公安机关已全面启动地方、铁路公安联合武装巡逻，打破地方、铁路民警管辖界限，实现火车站区域应急行动无缝衔接，提升周边区域整体防控效能。一旦发生重大案事件，由地方公安机关指挥中心统一指挥，提高应对突发事件的能力和水平。

　　各地反恐办和公安机关密切配合铁路公安机关工作，将站区作为协防重点部位，在附近部署武装巡逻力量，如有突发事件，就近出警、及时处置。大力加强路地联勤联动，初步建立了防控部署叠加、执勤力量相互跨前一步的联勤工作机制，特别是突出第一现场联动处置，共同修订完善应急处置方案，做到快速处置、责任清晰，全面做好应急处突准备，共同维护好车站及周边安全。

　　济南铁路公安局、公安处、派出所也分别与所在市县两级公安机关召开了地方、铁路反恐协作会议，突出抓好实战演练，修订完善了暴力恐怖袭击预案。先后在泰安、枣庄、青岛北等10余车站开展实战演练、路地联合演练10余场次，并进行了模拟暴恐袭击演练，提高了车站等重点要害部位的安全防范和快速反应与处置能力。
