　　去年同期，几乎每天都有华人被抢，今年，这一频率降到了平均2.3天发生一起。

　　此外，记者发现，美国是华人遇险事件的多发地，占比达到30%，涉及抢劫、凶杀、盗窃各类事件。

　　哪些地方的人倾向攻击华人？

　　今天上午，中国现代国际关系研究院反恐怖中心主任李伟告诉法晚记者，不同国家在袭击外国人上也有着不同的特点，比如在以白人为主的欧美国家，针对华人和有色人种的不法行为会多一些，而在安全环境不太好的非洲国家里，可能对来自欧美国家的人更具有威胁。

　　对于华人在美国出事最多，李伟分析称，最重要的一个原因就是华人在美国的总体人数比例非常大。此外，华人对美国社会基本情况的总体认识不足。

　　美国社会的治安并非安定，而其中最高的犯罪率就是毒品犯罪，一些“瘾君子”为了吸食毒品会用尽各种犯罪手段，这时华人往往就成了获得钱财的目标。华人还是要明确地认识到所在国家的社会基本安全形势，这样才能有足够的自我保护意识。
