　　习近平主席在不久前举行的亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议第四次峰会上倡导共同、综合、合作、可持续的亚洲安全观，提出了应对亚洲安全挑战的中国思路和中国方案。今年的香格里拉对话会在亚信峰会不久后召开，我们与会，重点就在于宣介亚洲安全观，同时多倾听和了解地区国家的关注。

　　傅莹说，中日关系停摆始于钓鱼岛问题，但现在影响更深，涉及日本是否继续和平发展道路。日本首相安倍晋三利用钓鱼岛问题渲染中国威胁，他还否认日本军国主义对包括中国和韩国在内的邻国所犯下的侵略罪行，这不能不引起包括中国在内的亚洲国家的高度警惕。

　　傅莹表示，美国的一些盟友把中国视为对手，美国对此采取什么态度会影响中国人对美国同盟体系的判断。中美享有许多共同利益，两国关系对地区和世界十分重要，双方应加强沟通，促进合作，防止误判，共同构建新型大国关系。

　　傅莹指出，近年发生的海上问题都是一些国家挑衅引发的。中国不会放弃长期坚持的和平解决争议的立场，但面临挑衅，也必须作出强有力的回应，这不仅是为了维护自身的主权权益，也是为了维护整个地区和平稳定的秩序。
