　　由青岛市选举的山东省第十二届人大代表孙恒勤(青岛经济技术开发区原工委副书记、管委会主任)，因青岛市“11·22”中石化东黄输油管道泄漏爆炸特别重大责任事故，受到撤销党内职务、行政撤职处分，本人提出辞去省人大代表职务。青岛市人大常委会于2014年3月28日召开会议，决定接受孙恒勤的辞职请求。依照代表法的有关规定，孙恒勤的代表资格终止。

　　目前，山东省第十二届人大实有代表909名。
