　　另据山东网友@无主蜜桃爆料，在麦当劳餐厅里，当时很多人都在聊天吃饭。行凶者向被害人要电话号码被拒，致其被打死。现场多人无一人出手相救。

　　死者的亲属曾与该网友取得联系，后来京华时报记者试图联系，一直没有得到回复。

　　2014年5月28日晚大约九点十分到九点半之间(本人看过一次手表9：12时候还未发生事件)，当时麦当劳有很多人，大家都在聊天吃饭。行凶者一共五人(可能六个人，本人只对其中五人印象较深刻)，一个光头大约三十多，一个女的大约三十多，一个小男孩，两个不到二十岁的小姑娘。被害人独自一人坐在行凶一伙人的北侧，最角上的一张桌子旁。

　　刚开始，行凶团伙一个不到20岁的小姑娘去向一桌人要手机号，对话如下：“你们好，我看跟你们挺有缘的，能把你们手机号给我么，我没有恶意……”可能要成功了，随后这个小姑娘回桌子跟另几个人交谈了一会儿，又用同样的方法去跟另一桌的人要了手机号码。

　　当要到被害人手机号时，被害人拒绝提供手机号码，行凶团伙的那个30多岁的女人大声说道(就像耍酒疯)：“你去要，不要低声下气，要有自信，说你给不给我手机号。”(很霸道的口气)然后这小姑娘就去被害人桌子拍桌叫道：“你给不给我手机号？”被害人可能觉得有点烦了，回了句，“一边玩去”，行凶的三十多的女人就吵吵闹闹，说你不给手机号你一边玩去……(像在骂被害者)

　　大约过了一两分钟左右，行凶的30多岁的女子就站起来跑到被害人桌子前指着被害人骂，骂了一会儿突然举起麦当劳的凳子(那种可以活动的)朝受害人就打了过去，一连打了两三下，受害人企图起来与其厮打。

　　这时最过分的一幕出现了，那一伙人以那个光头男为首站起来就开始殴打被害人，行凶手段极为残忍，其中用自己买的钢制拖把都打断了，在受害人倒地后使劲踹，跳起来用脚踩受害人的头部，用断了的拖把猛击受害人头部。

　　到这里说明一下，行凶团伙所有人均参与殴打受害人，而且没有停下的意思，不管旁边人怎么叫，怎么说警察、报警等，知道警察来了都没有要停手的意思。
