　　据悉，这是继2013年2月19日中国首次预警破坏性地震后，我国预警系统第10次预警破坏性地震。这10次破坏性地震包括了2013年四川芦山发生的7级强震，也是预警系统覆盖区域内所有破坏性地震。

　　几分钟后，中国地震台网公布：“5月30日9时20分云南省德宏州盈江县 (北纬25.0度，东经97.8度)发生6.1级地震。”

　　据成都高新减灾研究所王暾博士介绍，对此次地震，预警系统对预估烈度大于等于3度的12所学校发出预警警报，师生按照预案自动紧急疏散。

　　对其它学校，地震烈度未到达阈值，学校警报不被触发。此次地震有效展示了预警系统功能，取得了减灾效果。

　　但是，王博士指出，虽然我国地震预警网已覆盖近100万平方公里，但其在学校、工程中的应用还很不足。希望地震部门、应急部门、科技部门等共同努力，实现用地震预警更好服务民众和工程，减少人员伤亡和次生灾害。
