　　通报称，截至12时，共发生2.0级以上余震33次，2.0-2.9级19次，3.0-3.9级11次，4.0-4.9级1次，5.0-5.9级1次，6.0-6.9级1次。卡场镇、苏典乡电力中断，电力已进行应急保障。苏典乡乡村道路中断2条，勐弄乡桥梁断裂1座。

　　云南省民政厅消息称，地震发生后，党中央、国务院高度关注，国务院副总理汪洋作出重要批示。云南省领导秦光荣、李纪恒、仇和、尹建业作出指示，要求省、州、县三级迅速启动应急响应，全力投入抗震救灾；抓紧搜寻和伤员救治，妥善转移安置受灾群众，最大限度减少生命财产损失；加强震情研判和监测预报，加强地质灾害隐患排查，有力防范余震和各类次生灾害；保障好灾区群众的基本生活，强化舆论引导，确保灾区社会稳定，人心安定；并尽快核实上报灾情和有关重要情况。
