　　参与救援的民警和消防官兵表示，他们在现场发现，这辆牌号为浙CC6119的温州大客车车头冲到高速路基下，车身左边的玻璃有些被撞碎脱落，地上满是玻璃碎屑，车身多已经严重变形，高速扶栏被撞弯曲，车尾写着“水头-义乌”字样，部分旅客站在高速路上。

　　现场救援人员立即一边询问客车内被困人员情况，另一边组织人员携带救援工具深入车内进行搜索，确认无人员被困。对轻微伤者进行了简单的包扎，当地120医护人员和民警将旅客转移安全地点安置。

　　经事故处置部门初步调查，该车从水头客运中心发车途经甬台温高速萧江段，事发时车上有25人，由于雨天路滑，后方有车辆超车，大客车驾驶员为了避让而紧急踩刹车导致方向偏移撞上防护栏。
