“全能神”是什么组织？又为何如此残忍暴戾？
本报2012年12月20日曾以两个版的规模报道了“兰溪抓获了30余名‘全能神’成员”一案，从落网成员的身上可清晰地看到，“全能神”是一个怎样的邪教组织。
“全能神”又名“实际神”、“东方闪电”，上世纪90年代从河南开始传播，它打着基督教旗号，散布世界末日谣言，鼓吹“只有信教才能得救保平安”。国家宗教事务局早已对其邪教性质记录在案，依法取缔，正在严厉打击。
发起人：浸淫邪教多年，早已逃往美国
发起人叫赵维山，黑龙江省阿城市人，最早是个物理教师，原是邪教“呼喊派”的追随者。1993年流窜到河南清丰县发展信徒。2000年逃到美国，2001年6月以“中国家庭教会东方闪电派”的名义申请政治避难。
组织：构架秘密，只能绝对顺从
赵维山故意神化一个年轻女子杨向彬，称其为“女基督”，也称为“全能神”、“实际神”、“东方闪电”；称自己为“大祭司”，为“全权”，成为总头目。其实杨是一个高考落榜后精神分裂的女子，后成为赵维山的情妇。
其核心班子有七人，并有各级领导；基层组织称为小排。其组织绝对秘密，彼此都用化名单线联络，用所谓的《国度十条诫命》严格控制，其中第七条说：“一切应听命于被圣灵使用的人，违背一点也不行，得绝对听从，不要分析对错，或对或错都与你无关，你只管绝对顺服。”
入教：写下保证书，“不信教天打雷劈”
兰溪警方当年介绍，这些参与“全能神”的成员，入教之前都要写下“保证书”，语言很偏激。
“比如要是不信教，就要天打雷劈，或者一天如果不跟多少人传教，就不得好死之类的。”兰溪民警说，很多人因为写下这种所谓的“保证书”，害怕遭报应，别人劝说都听不进了。
联络：成员单线联系，讲暗语
“全能神”成员之间都是单线联系，用的都是虚假的身份信息，聚会地点也是临时通知的，内部还会使用一整套的“暗语”，比如用“奶粉”来指代宣传品。
据介绍，兰溪2012年抓获的30余名“全能神”成员，使用的手机都是同一型号，号码也是“上层”派发的。
传教：深夜“说教”，宣传单装在红包里
“全能神”成员进行“传教”时，大多以3~5人为单位，找准对象后，会在夜深人静之时悄悄前去“说教”，一般那些文化水平较低的农村妇女，尤其是得过疾病或者遭遇变故过的人，会是他们的发展对象。
在散发宣传单时，手段也很狡猾，他们会把宣传单装在一个红包里，不明真相的市民，基本都会打开来一探究竟。而这些“传教士”，有些是信徒，有些则是以100元一天的劳务费雇来的普通群众。
